Our mentees are all fundraisers with the talent, drive and ambition to be the next generation of fundraising leaders. They are learning and developing through their participation in our programme and all invest great energy and enthusiasm into their time with us to get the most from the opportunity.
Recognising the exciting pace of change in the sector and the innovations that are taking place, I hope to develop new approaches to achieving my goals. I’m excited for a mentor to ask me new questions and challenge me to consider different perspectives and ideas.
