Charlotte Hall

Charlotte is Director of Global Supporter Experience and Retention at the International Rescue Committee, a disaster relief and emergency response charity, where she supports multiple markets to improve donor experience, lifetime value, and multi-channel engagement.

For the past 12 years, she has worked in Individual Giving roles across national and international charities, both large and small. Her passion lies in global development, particularly in causes that create opportunity through long-term impact.

Alongside her role, Charlotte is a Trustee at The Fursa Trust, a grass-roots charity supporting children in an underserved community in Nairobi.

She is focused on modernising fundraising in a practical and sustainable way, strengthening foundations while creating space for innovation, always with a donor-centric approach. She values collaboration, shared learning, and building environments where teams can thrive.
