MENTORS
Our mentors are all experienced and successful leaders who know how to help others be the best they can be in their roles. Working alongside our very small team at The Elischer Foundation, without them we simply wouldn't be able to run the programme.
From fundraising experts to founders, our mentors bring a breadth of specialisms from within and outside of the sector including AI, innovation, philanthropy, culture, change management, strategy and much more. A mix of tech geeks, entrepreneurs, consultants and hands-on fundraisers means we can always make a productive match of mentor and mentee.
That said, we are always looking out for talent, other specialisms and especially diversity - both in our group mix and skillset. Talk to us if you're interested in becoming part of our future collective.
