Lindsay Tilston Jones

Lindsay has worked in the sector since 1999, in a range of local, national and international charities. She has worked across nearly all disciplines in fundraising, but Community Fundraising is her passion and where she is currently specialising at Shelter.


She has lead, managed, and changed a variety of teams, including growing functions and team, change management and innovation. Lindsay has lead through redundancy consultations, growth, productivity and COVID.


Lindsay’s passion is leading and equipping teams to do their best work and achieve outstanding results, she is an experience mentor with The Girls Network and is an Elischer alumnus, from the 2021 cohort. She is really excited and honoured to be part of this programme as a Mentor.


She is from the North West of England, where she lives in a small village with her husband and cats, and enjoys various iterations of Below Deck, supporting Liverpool FC (men and women) and spending time with her extended family.
