Jen Murgatroyd

Jen Murgatroyd is a senior fundraising and communications leader with experience across health, disability, and social care. She currently leads the team at Day One Trauma Support, a national charity supporting people affected by catastrophic injury. Her previous roles include Cancer Research UK and Headway – the brain injury association, where she led national fundraising strategy and developed programmes to grow income and deepen supporter engagement.

A previous mentee and people-focused leader, Jen is passionate about building supportive, values-led cultures where individuals and teams can thrive.
