Mike Flynn

Mike is a certified leadership coach and mindfulness teacher with over 25 years of leadership experience in the charity sector. His most recent role was Deputy Executive Director of Public Engagement at UNICEF UK, where he led a directorate of 80 people. Mike now runs his own practice delivering leadership programmes, one-to-one coaching and wellbeing programmes underpinned by mindfulness.

He has worked at some of the UK's most respected organisations, including NSPCC, Marie Curie and Cancer Research UK, as well as senior agency-side roles at Rapp. He has extensive expertise across fundraising strategy, brand and communications, individual giving, digital, supporter care and organisational change.

A passionate advocate for authentic, values-led leadership, Mike believes the sector needs leaders who are self-aware, resilient and empowered to lead in a way that feels true to who they are.
