With four decades of life-experience spanning the charity and corporate sectors, Jonathan currently serves as Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. His npf career has included roles at Peabody, Shelter, and Make-A-Wish UK, as well as senior marketing and business development positions in Asia in the wealth management financial services sector. Jonathan holds an MSc in Marketing and Fundraising from Bayes Business School and a background in business and languages from the University of Edinburgh.

A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. They do not set out to be a leader but become one by the quality of their actions and the integrity of their intent.
