Since 2005, David has held senior executive roles in high-profile charities, including a leading hospice, children’s hospital, and cancer centre. In 2019, he became Chief Executive of Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS), where he led service continuity and expansion through the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his leadership, KSS achieved an outstanding CQC rating, and David was named Charity Leader of the Year nationally.

With a successful career spanning local, national, and international platforms, David brings deep knowledge of the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors, including government and the NHS. He is strategically astute, commercially focused, and driven by quality and innovation.

A visionary and inspirational leader, David is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence and motivate others. He is passionate about improving lives and believes strongly in the vital role of the not-for-profit sector in delivering equitable, high-quality care.
