Favourite Leadership Quote
"In a world full of adversity, we must still dare to dream. Rob Burrow, over and out.” – Rob Burrow CBE. Words from his ‘final message’ in June 2024.
My current sector – the hospice sector – is in the midst of a funding crisis, with ‘three quarters of hospices in England running a deficit this year’ (Hospice UK, Feb 2026). The Elischer Foundation mentoring programme is a unique opportunity for me to grow as a leader, be challenged and gain invaluable perspective from a mentor. I hope that alongside my brilliant team, I can use the learnings from this programme to push for innovation, collaboration and growth, ultimately being part of the solution to secure the future of funding for this important cause.
