Dee is a fundraising professional with over 25 years’ experience across the charity, corporate, education and medical sectors. Currently Head of Partnerships & Fundraising at Skylarks, she leads income generation and major partnerships for this award-winning national charity supporting children and young people with additional needs and disabilities.

Her background spans roles combining fundraising, strategic change, partnership, governance, transformation and communications with a passion for diversity, inclusion and systemic impact. 

As a parent carer and neurodiversity advocate, Dee brings deep lived experience, empathy and creativity to her leadership. She is passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, people-centred strategy and amplifying underrepresented voices.
