Favourite Leadership Quote

"Good leaders create followers. Great leaders create leaders."
- Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks

I applied to the Elischer Foundation because I’m eager to broaden my reach beyond my own community and learn from leaders across diverse sectors. I want to challenge my thinking, gain fresh perspectives, and enhance my strategic fundraising impact. At the same time, I’m keen to share my own experiences and insights, while also challenging my thinking through exposure to new ideas, perspectives, and networks. My hope is to give as much as I gain - building lasting relationships and leaving the programme better equipped to drive meaningful change.
