Calum is Deputy Head of Fundraising at The Eve Appeal, the UK’s leading gynae cancer charity. He’s also a proud trustee of Charlton Athletic Community Trust, a role that pairs nicely with being a passionate Charlton supporter and season ticket holder.
His passion for fundraising was ignited at university, he has since worked at organisations such as the National Autistic Society and Action Against Hunger. While his roots are in community and events fundraising, he has also worked across individual giving, supporter engagement, trust and foundations and digital engagement.
In his current role, Calum is leading the development of a new fundraising strategy to ensure long-term, sustainable growth. He believes in a collaborative, consultative approach and is particularly passionate about building a positive team culture and strong internal relationships.

Favourite Leadership Quote
“I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.”
- Ralph Nader
I applied to really take the time and make space to invest in myself. I’m excited to use this opportunity to grow and develop into the best leader I can be. I’m looking forward to working with my mentor and learning from my peers to challenge and push myself.
