Ramika is a founder-minded, high impact professional with 8+ years of work experience across the public sector of the UK and India. She turns bold ideas into measurable positive change for the most disadvantaged people of the world. Currently working as Director of Operations & Strategy of National Youth Arts Trust, she is leading this mid size charity's national wide operations & growth. Previously, she also raised £250K for NYAT.
As COO/Deputy CEO of Queen's Crescent Community Association, she led operations across 5-community sites in Camden, line managed 7 senior managers and supported 60+ staff. She led on operations, execution, strategy and safeguarding, and placed £1.5M charity surplus in high impact investments to feed core funding of the charity.
She has judged several Third Sector Awards in 2025 & was also a fully funded Clore Social Leadership fellow. She builds, leads, and delivers, always keeping people and purpose at the heart of everything.
