Ana Beatriz Siqueira is a Brazilian fundraising professional with nearly a decade of experience leading high-performing teams in NGOs such as Médecins Sans Frontières, TETO, and Greenpeace. With a background in journalism and an MBA in digital marketing, she combines strategic perspective, creativity, and hands-on experience to support results across multiple acquisition channels.
As Donor Acquisition Manager at Greenpeace Brazil, Ana currently oversees digital, face-to-face, and telemarketing operations, leading over 50 people. Under her leadership, the organization is launching an e-commerce store, has increased donor retention in F2F by 13%, and restructured internal telemarketing, significantly improving campaign response rates.
Ana values collaborative and data-informed approaches, and is known for building strong bridges between fundraising and communications teams. She is also committed to equity and inclusion, having played a key role in expanding affirmative hiring policies for trans professionals within her team.
