Josh is an experienced fundraiser with over ten years working across both national and local charities, developing and delivering strategies that grow income and strengthen supporter relationships. Throughout his career he has worked across a range of fundraising disciplines and is passionate about building sustainable fundraising programmes that enable charities to deliver meaningful impact for the communities they serve.

Josh is particularly motivated by supporting and developing others within the sector and believes strongly in creating collaborative environments where people can learn from each other and grow together. He applied to the Elischer Foundation Mentor Programme to continue developing his own leadership approach, particularly in building greater confidence and assertiveness as a leader, while learning from peers and experienced mentors across the charity sector.
