Favourite Leadership Quote

"Love and leadership are vital."
~ Pat Lam

I applied to the mentoring programme to push myself and get out of my comfort zone. I want to develop my influencing and leadership skills while expanding my network with like minded people who want to change the world.

The whole spirit and ethos of the programme really appeals to me around being disruptors and changemakers in the sector. I want to support the charity I work for and the wider sector to innovate and be bolder.
