Can you help us build a sustainable funding base so that we can support many more fundraising leaders in the future?
We're looking for a freelance Development Manager to join our small but mighty team.
The Elischer Foundation supports and nurtures fundraisers who are emerging as leaders. We're now ready to build the diversified income base that will carry us through to becoming self-sustaining within two years.
This is a doing role. It is all about networking, building pipelines, and getting funding proposals in front of trusts, partners and donors. Practical work, measured on the strength of the pipeline and the relationships you are building.
We are looking for someone resilient, adaptable, and able to think outside the box. If you've built pipelines that have translated into income, and you'd like to do that for a small foundation with big ambitions for our sector, we'd love to hear from you.
Initial contract - Six months from 1 July 2026.
