Lucy Squance works freelance across charities and social-impact organisations.  

With over 20 years in income generation, partnerships, and community building, she has led fundraising teams and strategies across the charity sector. From national charities such as Alzheimer’s Research UK to global entrepreneurial ventures like Made By Dyslexia. Her focus throughout has been connecting people to purpose and building the confidence, culture, and vision that enable organisations to thrive. 

A long-standing Elischer Foundation mentor, Lucy is passionate about developing purpose-driven leaders and creating space for people to grow.
