Favourite Leadership Quote

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, concerned citizens can change the world. Indeed it is the only thing that ever has." – Margaret Mead

Having volunteered as a mentor myself—supporting students during the pandemic and, more recently, guiding new graduates entering the non-profit sector—I saw the Elischer Foundation’s mentoring programme as a valuable opportunity to sit on the other side of the table. I’m looking forward to focusing on my own growth and building confidence as I continue to develop as a leader in a sector I care deeply about.
